Week 3

Insight Generation & Opportunity Framing
Transform interview insights into actionable patterns, identify key themes, and frame your opportunity with clarity.

Week 4

Model the Business
Design how your venture works as a business—complete your Business Model Canvas with key activities, resources, partners, revenue streams, and cost structure.

Week 5

Validation, Numbers & Strategy
Validate your assumptions with evidence, build financial projections, and identify your riskiest assumptions to test.

Week 6

Full Story — Deck & Plan Integration
Tie together your business model, narrative, and plan. Complete your pitch deck draft and write your pitch video script.

Week 7

Practice, Refine & Tighten
Sharpen delivery, tighten weak spots in your deliverables, and record your first pitch video. Get feedback and refine.

Week 8

Finalization & BIG IDEAS Submission
Submit all final deliverables, complete your readiness assessment, and prepare to compete in the BIG IDEAS Pitch Competition.
