Join the BBOP Center Facilitator Bench

The BBOP Center is seeking experienced contract facilitators, trainers, coaches, curriculum developers, and subject matter experts to support our growing portfolio of entrepreneurship, workforce development, economic empowerment, financial readiness, capital access, AI, digital inclusion, and bilingual English/Spanish programs.

BBOP is building a national, hybrid facilitator bench to support virtual programs across the country and in-person services at the BBOP Center in San Bernardino, California.

Who We Are Looking For

We are looking for professionals who can do more than deliver a presentation. We need facilitators who can create engaging learning experiences, support diverse participants, simplify complex topics, and help people leave with real tools, completed assets, and measurable progress.
We are currently seeking contractors in the following areas:

  • Entrepreneurship and Business Growth
  • Workforce Development and Career Pathways
  • Financial Empowerment and Capital Readiness
  • AI, Technology, and Digital Inclusion
  • Bilingual English/Spanish Facilitation
  • Open Coaching Labs and Participant Support
  • Curriculum Design and Master Facilitation

Compensation

$50–$150 per hour

Contractor rates generally range from $50 to $150 per hour, depending on the role, specialization, bilingual capacity, credentials, curriculum development responsibilities, and scope of work.

How Contractors May Support BBOP

Selected contractors may facilitate workshops, cohorts, coaching labs, bootcamps, accelerator sessions, financial empowerment programs, workforce readiness programs, AI training, business coaching, capital readiness services, and grant-funded or fee-for-service programs. Contractors may support participants in developing:
  • Business plans
  • Pitch decks
  • Resumes
  • Career plans
  • Budgets
  • Financial readiness plans
  • Marketing materials
  • AI prompts and workflows
  • 90-day action plans
  • Grant documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

Minimum Qualifications

  • At least three years of relevant facilitation, coaching, teaching, consulting, training, workforce, entrepreneurship, financial education, or technology training experience
  • Strong virtual and in-person facilitation skills
  • Experience working with diverse and historically underserved communities
  • Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
  • Comfort using Zoom, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and online learning tools
  • Ability to meet deadlines and comply with BBOP documentation and quality standards

Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual English/Spanish fluency
  • Experience with grant-funded or outcome-driven programs
  • Experience with WIOA, ETP, EDD, SBDC, CDFI, CRA, community college, nonprofit, government-funded, or workforce programs
  • Curriculum development or instructional design experience
  • Experience using AI tools for business, career, financial, training, or operational purposes
  • Certifications in coaching, financial education, HR, training, instructional design, business advising, AI, digital literacy, or entrepreneurship
