Build a new career using the skills you gained through military service. Veteran support and disability accommodations are available.
⚖️ Justice-involved Adults
If you’ve been involved with the justice system and are ready for a fresh start, we’re here to help you build a career. We work with probation, reentry, and transitional housing programs to connect you with opportunities.
🌟 Opportunity Young Adults (ages 18–28)
Young adults ages 18–28 who are out of school or work and ready to build a career. Establish your professional network, earn credentials, and start a pathway to real wages.

Complete intake, eligibility verification, and your individualized service plan
12-WEEK TRAINING
OSHA-10, NCCER Core, green building skills, and work-readiness modules
GET HIRED
Placed in a paid job with an employer partner where you continue learning on the job
GROW YOUR CAREER
Ongoing retention coaching and career advancement support after you start working
Supports are available based on individual need and may include:
TRANSPORTATION
Bus passes, gas cards, and mileage reimbursement
CHILDCARE
Subsidies up to $500/month during training
MENTAL HEALTH
Trauma-informed counseling and referrals
TOOLS & GEAR
Protective equipment and tools provided
CASE MANAGEMENT
Weekly one-on-one support throughout the program
HOUSING ASSISTANCE
Emergency rental assistance and referrals
CERT FEES COVERED
All exam and certification fees paid by the program

Yes. We provide career coaching and connect participants with local employers. While employment cannot be guaranteed, we’ll help you prepare and connect with opportunities.
No. This program was created to help justice-involved adults build careers, but it is open to all eligible participants. We encourage you to attend orientation to learn more.
