From Curious to Capable is BBOP Center’s professional development training designed to give entrepreneurs and working professionals practical, immediately usable AI skills — no coding, no tech background required. In this program, you will learn how to work smarter using today’s most powerful AI tools, build confidence with real-world applications, and leave with a personal AI toolkit you can put to work from day one.

• Phase 1 — Foundation This phase is all about building AI literacy from the ground up — no jargon, no coding required. Participants learn what AI actually is (and isn’t), get a guided tour of the major tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Perplexity, Copilot, Gemini) and when to use each, and wrap up with responsible AI use — how to protect data, spot AI hallucinations, and fact-check outputs before acting on them.
• Phase 2 — Core Practical Tools  This is where participants start using AI at their desks. Week 4 introduces the RCTF prompt framework (Role–Context–Task–Format) for writing instructions that actually get results. Week 5 covers professional writing — drafting emails, memos, and announcements with the right tone for any audience. Week 6 dives into document intelligence — uploading PDFs and reports to Claude to extract action items, summarize long materials, and organize unstructured information fast.
