By booking the BBOP Center Podcast Studio (“Studio”), you (“Client,” “You”) agree to the following terms and conditions.

1. Booking & Payment

1. Advance Booking Required – All sessions must be booked in advance through our online booking system.
2. Payment Due at Booking – Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
3. Rates – Current studio rates are listed on our booking page and are subject to change without notice.

2. Cancellations, Refunds & Rescheduling

4. No Refund Policy – All bookings are non-refundable.
5. Rescheduling – You may reschedule your booking at no additional charge if requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled session. Rescheduling is subject to availability.
6. No-Show Policy – If you fail to attend your booking without prior notice, your payment will be forfeited.

3. Studio Use & Conduct

7. Arrival Time – Please arrive on time for your session. Setup and teardown must occur within your reserved time slot. Overtime fees will apply for any additional time used beyond your booking.
8. Guest Limit – A maximum of [insert number] people are allowed in the Studio per session unless otherwise approved in writing.
9. Prohibited Activities – Smoking, vaping, illegal drug use, and any illegal or unsafe activities are strictly prohibited.
10. Noise Level – Please be mindful of noise levels in common areas.

4. Equipment, Recordings & Storage

11. Provided Equipment – The Studio will provide the equipment listed on our booking page.
12. Recording Storage – Clients must bring their own USB drive, external hard drive, or memory card, or upload their recordings to their own cloud storage during the session. The Studio does not provide long-term storage for recordings.
13. Damage & Liability – You are responsible for any damage to Studio property or equipment caused by you or your guests. Repair or replacement costs will be billed to you.
14. Personal Belongings – The Studio is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items.

5. Recording Content & Rights

15. Ownership of Content – You retain full ownership of all content recorded during your session.
16. Compliance with Laws – You are responsible for ensuring your recorded content complies with all applicable laws, including copyright, defamation, and privacy laws. The Studio is not liable for the content you produce.

6. Liability Waiver

By booking the Studio, you release and hold harmless the BBOP Center, its owners, staff, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of the Studio, including but not limited to injuries, equipment issues, or loss of data.

7. Changes to Terms

The Studio reserves the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time. The most current version will always be posted on our website.

By booking a session, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
